How do I make sure I order the right size?
Inside each product description you will find the exact dimensions and also some examples of fitting based on the models and on "Large" standard size.
Please read this info carefully before placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
It depends where you live:
- Spain (peninsular) 24h
- Spain (islands) 48-72h
- Europe 3-5 days
- USA 5-7 days
- Rest of the world 7-10 days
*all values are estimations, please bare with us if there is any delay; our logistic center is doing its best to serve you fast
Until what time of the day is possible the "same day shipping"?
If you place your order before 12pm (noon / midday) we'll ship it the same day 🙂
How can I track my order?
- Enter in your order confirmation (received by mail)
- Click on your order number and you will be redirect to the order resume page
- Click on "tracking number" or "B2C" to visit the tracking page and get all info
What can I do if I want more info about the tracking of my order?
With the tracking number just contact your local post office in order to get more info about the dispatch of your order, managed by them. If this doesn't solve the situation, please contact us by using the Contact Form here below.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If after waiting the above timings (with some margin) you still haven't received your order, please contact us by using the Contact Form here below.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Small differences in products are normal since all our production is handmade but if you think the product has a significant issue, please contact us by using the Contact Form here below.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

What is the return policy?
- You have 14 days to send back the products in case you changed your mind, at your own (shipping) cost
- We'll emit a refund as soon as we personally verify their status in our warehouse
- Please note that we refund only the cost of the item and not the shipping cost
- If you want a change in size, we'll take care of the new shipping from our warehouse to you without any extra charge
How can I return a product?
- Put all products you want to return inside a plastic bag or box to protect them.
- Include inside a paper with your: order number, email, full name, a text saying "RETURN FOR HEX CLOTHING"

Will I have to pay some customs/duty costs?
This depends on your Country of destination. Please note that any eventual customs/duty cost is on you.
